Terms of Service

1. Overview

This checkout is operated by RAMSIO CLOUDSERVE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62091KA2025PTC210162), registered at #36, WeWork Prestige Central, Infantry Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India, on behalf of the ProdGem marketplace. By purchasing or downloading a product here, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell digital products — AI playbooks, templates, guides, and similar — delivered entirely via download after payment confirmation. This interim checkout does not require creating an account: your purchase is tied to the email address you paid with.

3. License

  • Each purchase grants a single-user license to the buyer.
  • You may use purchased products for personal and commercial projects.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products with others.

4. Payment

  • Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
  • GST at 18% applies to domestic (India) purchases (GSTIN: 29AAPCR1639E1Z3).
  • Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment card information.
  • Access to your product is granted only after payment is confirmed via Razorpay's webhook — never on the checkout page's own post-payment redirect.

5. Delivery

After successful payment, download links are emailed to you. Each link is valid for 72 hours and works once — after it's used, that specific link is retired for security, and you can request a fresh set any time from the redownload page, at no extra cost.

6. No Account Required

This interim checkout does not create an account or store a password. Your purchase is recovered by email address alone via the redownload flow. Keep the email you paid with — it's the only credential this system uses.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of this system, circumvent security or access controls, use automated means to scrape or abuse this checkout or the redownload form, or redistribute purchased products beyond your own single-user license.

8. Intellectual Property

All products, branding, and content sold here are the intellectual property of RAMSIO CLOUDSERVE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. Purchasing a product grants a usage license, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided “as is” without warranty. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes that can't be resolved amicably are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
