Every product sold here is digital. There is no physical shipping, no courier, and no delivery address required — nothing is ever mailed to you.

How and When You Receive Your Product

As soon as your payment is confirmed, an email with your download links is sent to the address you paid with — typically within a few minutes, with no processing time or shipment tracking. Each link is valid for 72 hours and works once; after that, request a fresh set any time from the redownload page, at no extra cost.

Access Requirements

You need the email address you paid with and an internet connection. No account or login is required. No special software is needed beyond what opens the specific file format you purchased (e.g. a PDF reader).

Delivery Issues

If your delivery email never arrives, a download link fails, or a file is corrupted, first try requesting a fresh link — if that doesn't resolve it, email grievance@prodgem.com with your payment reference and we'll resolve it directly. See our Refund Policy for the cases that qualify for a refund instead.
